We’re here to help! Sparky Kids is built by a small independent team and we read every email personally.
How do I get into the parent zone? Tap the small lock icon in the top right of the Home screen, then enter the PIN you set during onboarding.
I forgot the parent PIN. What now? At the moment the only way to reset the PIN is to uninstall and reinstall the app. We’re working on a less drastic reset option for a future update.
How do I add another child? Parent Zone → Settings → Children → “Add another child.” You can have up to 3 child profiles in one app, each with their own stars, streaks, and tasks.
How do I change the language? Parent Zone → Settings → Language. Sparky supports English and Bulgarian.
Why isn’t the focus timer notification firing? Make sure notifications are enabled for Sparky in iOS Settings → Notifications → Sparky Kids. The “task complete” sound is scheduled when you start the timer and fires when it reaches zero — even if the app is in the background.
Do you collect any data about my child? No. Sparky is fully offline. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Is there an Android version? We’re working on it. The iOS version is our first release.
